There are 5 steps up to the property from the road and the front garden is well stocked with rose flower beds. The rear garden is lawned and has a small oak wooded area.

Inside the property the first floor is reached via the original staircase which is quite narrow and does have a turn near the top. The doorway between lounge and kitchen is also original and very low - tall people, be warned.

The property faces west and is, as such, ideal to watch the evening sunsets.
